R&D Team
Our engineers design the products and oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring each step is executed correctly.
Tooling Workshop
Our professional engineers complete 30 sets of tooling for our customers every month, helping them save time and gain a competitive edge in the market.
Injection Workshop
Our injection workshop is equipped with 10 injection machines, ranging from 80 to 300 tons, to meet customer demands.
Quality Control Team
Our QC team conducts rigorous quality control from raw materials to semi-finished products and through to mass production.
Spray and Paint Workshop
Equipped with 16 oil spraying machines, 48 spray stations and 1 automated spray line, we enhance our decorating capabilities.
Pad Printing Workshop
We have 33 multi-color pad printing machines that enhance our multi-color printing capabilities.
Assembly and Packing Workshop
Our assembly and packaging workshop has 5 production lines, each with a clear instruction sheet to ensure that everyone understands their role.
Warehouse
Our warehouse maintains an inventory record of all incoming and outgoing items. The warehouse staff monitor the space and environment to ensure that finished products are ready for shipment.
